Whether you're using it as an eBook reader, a portable Netflix machine, a retro game arcade, or a digital comic book library, a nice tablet can be a great addition to your gadget arsenal. With Android hopping on the tablet scene, though, there are more tablets to choose from than ever, and it can be hard to find the best of the best.
